Completion of tasks does not count
If your tasks are not indicated as completed, then this may have the following reasons:

  1. You are trying to complete a task too quickly. The social network does not immediately display your action in its counters, so when our system checks, it may not find it. Try to wait 30 seconds at least from the moment you've follow/like (actually pressing the button, not just opening the page where you are still waiting for it to load in order to click "follow" or "like") and only after that close the tab where you did the actions.
  2. The task is no longer exists. It often happens that users open the list, get distracted by something, and only after some time start to complete it: but this is already an old list of irrelevant tasks (the advertiser's limits have been met or the task has been deleted). Try to update the tasks list page more often.

  3. Your social account is in "shadowban". Your page may be in the shadowban due to suspicious, sudden activity or excessive intensity on the social network. This is a type of account blocking, in which you can log in to your account and perform any actions, but these actions are not counted by the social network. To check this, you need to open the link to your profile in incognito mode of your browser (press: Ctrl + Shift + N) or in any other browser where you are not logged into this account. If you see information that your page is blocked, it means that your account has a shadowban. Such shadow blocks can last from 1 minute to several months, and sometimes they can be eternal (only the social network knows the duration in time). In such cases, we advise you to avoid performing actions from this account for a while.

  4. Your browser is not suitable or very old version. We strongly recommend that you only use the latest version of Google Chrome and remember to check for its updates. If you are a categorical opponent of this browser, then use other browsers on the Chromium engine, for example: Opera or Yandex.Browser.

  5. System errors in the browser. We recommend that you periodically clear your cookies and cache in your browser settings. To go to this section of your browser, in the address bar type: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

  6. The social network API is not responding. When checking an action, our system calls the social network's API. If the social network does not respond, the task is not counted. If this begins to be observed - refrain from performing tasks in this category for a while.

  7. You are trying to subscribe to a private profile or hidden content. These are rare cases, since the system periodically rechecks all tasks, but nevertheless such tasks may be on your list. Click the "Report" button - the task will be hidden from your list of tasks, and as soon as it reaches the required number of complaints, it will be hidden from all users, and the owner of the task will receive a warning.
